OneStepNF
OneStepNF develops a concept based on existing (ultraviolet disinfection) and new (such as hollow fiber nanofiltration membranes) purification techniques. It demonstrates the technical and economic feasibility of producing water from various sources at a decentralized level. This ensures that supply security (quantity) and quality meet the legal requirements for drinking water as provided by the current system.
The project has resulted in the development of the A-Quality system, which is used at Saxion to purify excess groundwater to drinking water quality, so that it can be used to flush toilets and as process water in the laboratories.
