This is what you do as Senior Data Specialist Buildings & Services
You work together with colleagues on research and innovation projects in the field of data-driven building exploitation. You will apply your knowledge in the field of BIM, installation and control technology to assess and document the dynamic performance of integrated building systems. You develop and calibrate simulation models based on measurement data from test-rigs. You initiate research activities, write project proposals and act as project leader. The projects are created in collaboration with industry, the construction and installation sector, building owners and other research institutions in the East Netherlands region and the Euregion. You maintain regional, national and international contacts with partners and stakeholders. And you will promote knowledge valorization between Saxion University of Applied Sciences and the business community and organizations in the region.

As Senior Data Specialist Buildings & Services at Saxion, you will be a member of the Sustainable Building Technology research group. This team is part of the School of Business, Building and Technology (BBT), where building, technology and management come together.

- The following salary scale: scale 11: min € 4.535 / max € 6.359 (cao-hbo) working on a full-time basis.

Job requirements
We seek a professional who fits the job profile below. Does this sound like you? Then this job is ideal for you!
- Completed master's degree, preferably related to a technical subject related to sustainable buildings.
- Demonstrable experience in carrying out research and innovation projects.
- Experience with performance simulation and/or energy management in buildings.
- Excellent oral and written language skills in Dutch and English.
- An enthusiastic team player who can work well together within a team of engineers and researchers.
